Members of the community of Ithaca seek urgent help to locate Kalia L. Hobbs, 13, who went missing on November 24, 2025.
She is described as 5’4 tall, with green eyes and brown hair. Last seen walking alone around 2 pm on Adam’s Street, Tompkins County.
Her family stated that walking alone, without informing anyone, was not something she would normally do. This has added to the worry as nobody has heard from or seen her since then.
Kalia’s friends say she was a tender, mild-mannered girl with a love for drawing, spending time with her siblings, and music.
The news of her disappearance has caused sadness all over her community. Her neighbours say the silence on Adam’s Street seems more intense due to one of them being missing.
Authorities say that there is a high chance that she may be in danger. They have put her description to the public in case they see someone matching the description.
Police have urged anyone with any information at all to contact the New York Missing Children Hotline at 800-346-3543 or call 911 as soon as possible.
Friends and family are hoping and praying that, as the posts are being shared, they are closer to bringing her home.
