Bell was named first team All-American, and he also led UConn with career receiving yards.
Teammates also recognize him as someone who leads by example and always stays late after practices to mentor new players.
Bell moved from Wisconsin to UConn and quickly became the backbone of an offense.
Even while preparing for the next level, Bell had his sights set on the present.
