In an exciting turn of events, Purp, a brilliant vocalist, has been crowned the winner of the Nigerian Idol season 10.
The show, whose aim is to promote indigenous talents across the nation, ended on Sunday, the 13th of July, 2025, with emotions, brilliant performances, and excitement.
In a showdown, Purp defeated fellow contestant, Raymu, sealing her name as the 10th winner of the show.
The show, hosted by IK Osakioduwa, no doubt, delivered outstanding performances from the finalists. Four Nigerian judges, Omawumi, Ric Hassani, Iyanya, and 9ice presided over the performances of the finalists.
Purp crowned the winner, walked home with a whooping 30 million naira cash prize, a brand new SUV, a recording deal, and a bonus reward of a one-year premium plan of DSTV Explora.
