The Rocky Mount community in Virginia is mourning the death of Tina Marie Brown Spencer. She was 41 years old. She was a mother and worked at James River Equipment.
On Friday morning around 9 a.m., deputies responded to a 911 call. They found a red Honda SUV on Patti Road. Inside, they found Tina Marie and a man named James Randolph Smith. He was 55 years old. Both had gunshot wounds and died at the scene.
Police believe this was a murder-suicide. They are still investigating the case and waiting for medical reports.
