Early Thursday morning, report came that the Former NFL star Antonio Brown has been arrested on attempted murder following a shootout that occurred in Miami.
This incident happened after a celebrity boxing event on May 16, when Antonio had grabbed a handgun from a guard and fired two consecutive shots at a man he had fought earlier. The Victim on the receiving end of the shot, Zul-Qarnain Kwame Namtambu, reported that he was grazed on the neck by one of the bullets.
Brown was later detained by the U.S. Marshals in Dubai before being flown to New Jersey, where he presently awaits Extradition to Miami. The reason for his being moved to New Jersey first is still unclear or even how long he had been in Dubai for.
Antonio, despite playing 12 seasons as an All Pro Wide Receiver, has always had a troubled career off the field. In addition to the attempted murder charge, he has faced numerous legal issues over the years, including battery accusations and even domestic violence charges.
