The people of both York, in the state of Pennsylvania, and Salisbury in Maryland, are in a state of shock and mourning.
This follows the sudden death of Jonathan Marshall Strom, a 30-year-old man who passed away on December 9, 2025.
He had a reputation in society for being very passionate about taking care of other people.
He was a son, a friend, and a defender to many people.
Jonathan’s nurturing side went beyond being a protective brother.
Jonathan loved science fiction, enjoyed playing the guitar, and was very social in the neighborhood.
His capacity to bring people together and help those in need will never be forgotten by people who knew him.
His family and friends have come together to celebrate Jonathan’s life with a memorial service being planned for December 20, 2025, in Salisbury, Maryland.
As people come to celebrate Jonathan’s life, they do so in remembrance of the love, kindness, and protection Jonathan freely offered in life to those around him.
