
Specialist Williams Cole “Coco” Woodruff of Coldspring,Texas,is a young man who will be forever remembered as an individual whose light smile and unyielding spirit touched the lives of everyone around him.
Williams unexpectedly died on August 23, 2025, while working on active duty with the United State Army.
A native of the Woodlands who was raised in Coldspring had a huge love for hunting, bonfire nights with friends and most especially baseball. His light laugh and friendly countenance made him very loved and remembered.
The “pure Texas grit” that he had brought to events made him very memorable. Cole was enlisted as an Army infantryman and quickly earned his reputation as an expert marksman. His devotion to service won him the Army Achievement Medal and other honors reflecting the determination that defined his short but a wholesome life.
Leaving behind his wife, Arora, his parents, Joe and Anna, and a huge family filled with love. Visitation will be held on the 9th of September at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Cleveland, Funeral service will be held the next day at the First Baptist Church in Coldspring.
His memories of courage, dexterity, and humor will never be forgotten.
