The Viera High School community is grieving the loss of Brian Moss. He was a 16-year-old freshman football player. He died in a car accident on Christmas Eve morning in Brevard County.
Brian was known for his quiet focus and big smile. He often stayed late after practice to encourage his teammates. Even though he was young, he played on the varsity team.
Head coach Tony Gulla called Brian a special player. Brian was recently named Varsity Specialty Player of the Year. The coach said Brian’s energy will not be forgotten.
Before high school, Brian played in the Suntree Viera Youth Football League. He was a gifted athlete who loved the game.
The Church at Viera confirmed the sad news. The community is heartbroken. Friends and classmates are honoring Brian for the joy he brought to everyone.
