Rosalinda Portelli, a native of the Island of Gozo, Australia passed away on the 26th of August, 2025 leaving her community in grief.
Despite spending a long period abroad, Rosalinda was known for gentle soul, kindred spirit and compassionate nature. Friends remembered how she was always there to listen, advise and offer comfort with any form of prejudice.
Family members say she carried herself with grace and was never stingy with the love she gave out. She has left a lot of memories of her kindness and dedication that will stand the test of time.
Her remains are being brought to her homeland where she will be laid to rest at Ta’Kennua Cemetery on September 19. The funeral will bring all those she cherished and those who cherished her together.
Tributes from all over are still pouring in as many describe her as a guiding light and a woman of faith. Rosalinda Portelli’s legacy lives on in the connections she made , the traditions she upheld and the love she shared throughout her life.
