The people of Union Township are very sad after Thomas Noble died. He was 37 years old. Thomas was shot during a hostage situation on Monday night.
Neighbors say Thomas was kind. He carried groceries for elderly people and held doors for strangers. The police came to Cider Mill Drive after a 911 call stopped suddenly. When the officers got there, the situation was very dangerous. They tried to calm things down, but it ended with the officers shooting.
