Liverpool has signed French striker Hugo Ekitike from German club Eintracht Frankfurt. The deal is worth £79 million, including bonuses.
Ekitike, 23, passed his medical and agreed to join Liverpool. He will fly to Hong Kong soon to train with the team ahead of their game against AC Milan.
This is Liverpool’s seventh signing this summer. Ekitike scored 22 goals and had 12 assists last season. He can play as a main striker or on the wings. Liverpool fans are excited to see what he brings to the team.
