A sad story shakes California as a Father, Jake Haro, admits to killing his 7-month-old son, Emmanuel Haro. In court, Jake broke down as he pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, child abuse, and filing a false police report.
Baby Haro was first reported missing in August when his mother, Rebecca Haro, claimed he had been kidnapped. Investigators moved quickly and were able to uncover the truth, leading to both parents. While Rebecca, the mother, maintained her innocence, Jake, the father, confessed to causing his baby’s death.
The prosecutor revealed that Jake had previously had a conviction for child cruelty involving another infant. Emmanuel’s remains to be found, and this leaves loved ones devastated and in desperate need of closure.
